Make sure you accurately track all your meals.
A set of kitchen scales, to weigh things like rice and pasta, is an absolute must.
It is easy to miss calories by not tracking correctly. eg
cups of coffee with milk and sugar three cups a day is just over 100 calories, if you have a biscuit more calories.

Take the time to program all the foods you eat into your favourites.
weightloss is a science put simply its energy in and energy out.
If you put more energy in than you are using then you will gain weight.
you wouldn't fill your car up with fuel and let it overflow would you?

    I find that I am in the most control when I track everything. It's the days when I am not tracking when I eat things that I shouldn't.

    I once heard Even if you don't count calories your body counts every single one you put into it. So you only cheat yourself by not being honest.
