When everything seems to fall apart physically, mentally, emotionally, I find it's because I'm Tired.
May be a lack of:restful sleep, lack of peace-n-quiet, or stress overload.
Stretch! Relax on the floor or chair & stretch a muscle or two.
Improve blood flow, add oxygen, feel energy!

    I agree! I try to take a few minutes to do the yoga pose legs up the wall. I lay on my back with, like the name says, my legs going straight up the wall. Relaxing and gets the blood flowing!

    I like the idea of stretching too, when that overwhelm feeling hits. I'll try this!

    I find I do the same thing. So far I haven't found a way to overcome this. The more stressed I am the less I sleep which in turn becomes a cycle that is hard to get out of.
