Having a pitcher of green smoothie waiting for me in the refrigerator really helps me feel that I'm doing something extremely healthy. Even though I have off days at least I know that I can drink of glass of green smoothie on that day and still know that I'm doing something good for my body and mind.
The greens I use are a variety kale, spinach, lettuce, chard, celery and fruits are banana, apple, pear. Just search " green smoothie or vegetable smoothie and you'll get a variety or recipes. Just experiment and you'll develop your fave.
