When I couldn't sleep I got on Spark and started getting points.
Even though I did eat, I made healthy choices and logged my points. I also did a short exercise video which helped me get back to sleep. This is a big improvement for me over the past binging habit. I have included the calories from last night in today's count so feel I've progressed instead of giving up as I always did in the past. Today is a new day!
Each morning I wake up and tell myself this is a new day. Whatever mistakes I made previously are past and today is all that matters. I resolve to stick to my goals just for this day. In the past I just worried about what I DID NOT do, now I look to this day and this day only and try my best.
