Just as toxins in food are bad for you, so are toxic (negative and unkind) people. My daughter recently said it best on her FB page before unfriending some very unkind people: "I'm making some changes in my live, and if you don't hear from me, one of those changes might be you." To become and stay positive, make a conscious effort to seek out positive people and things that will make you feel good and put a smile on your face. Be kind to others and be kind yourself.
I have a small note book that I have written down positive self-talk statements. I go over them 3 times a day and when I find myself say something unacceptable, I replace it with one of my positive self-talk statements. It really is making a difference.244 I am seeing the change in me!!
