I know it's not a secret to drink the recommended 64 oz of water a day, but what I do a few minutes before I go to bed, I drink another 8-16 oz of water. In a way, I am doing a cleansing when I get up in the morning. It helps.

Good one.. I try to do the same, not only because it helps in cleansing.. but I get hungry during the night and keeping my stomach full of water helps me avoid being hungry till I sleep.
