So many times when I just 'don't feel like exercising' my daughter will tell me to just start it or if you had started it when you first started talking about 'doing it' you'd be well on your way by now. If I 'fake it' and just get going I often times can't stop and feel so good afterwards

    It sure works for me. Not matter how much I don't feel like working out, or feel like stopping, I just do it. After about 10 minutes I start to feel great and I finish my workout.

    Just getting up off the couch is most of the battle for me. But once I get started, I really want to keep going!
