Smoothies are very healthy and very filling! Just 8oz of fruit juice ( I use diet V8 splash), a cup of fresh or frozen fruit, and about 4 ice cubes. I blend them together in a personal size blender with an ice crusher blade and enjoy!!! Feeling snacky? Make a smoothie! emoticon

    You can also substitute the juice with a container of yogurt for an extra kick of protein and a thicker texture. Plus, with summer coming, you can pour a smoothie into popsicle molds or ice cube trays (insert a toothpick or popsicle stick) for a cool treat.
