It is Fitness Week at work in the Gym. They are giving us a different activity to do everyday to earn extra points. Yesterday 20 crunches on the ball, 10 hamstring curls with the ball, 10 push ups legs on the ball. Today 1/2 mile walk outside around our park area. Adding new things to a routine! emoticon

More Information:

Still use the Elliptical, Tread Mill or Recumbent bike everyday for cardio. Twice a week also engage in Fitness Pilates which really works up a sweat and the flexibility I have gained since starting in January is AMAZING!
