Instead of making toast, try eating a rice cake with peanut butter or whatever you put on your toast. Rice cakes have roughly 30-40 calories, instead of 100-200 per slice of bread. You save calories without losing flavor, which will benefit you later!

    This is one of my new favorite snacks. 2 popcorn flavored rice cakes with a smudge of almond butter!
