Weekly Food Prep




On Sunday afternoons, I plan my food for the week and prepare my food for lunch. I then bag up my veggies and fill my lunch containers with my daily meals. Each day I am able to grab my lunch and quickly head out the door. No room for cheating when it's already made. Great time saver too!!

  • I,too, find that to be sooo helpful! I like smoothies in the morning so I also freeze my fruit on a cookie sheet and then put the correct portion in a freezer bag or container so all I have to do is grab whichever ones I want in the am and toss in the blender wiht my yogurt!
