Secrets of Success





I am so NOT a gum-chewer. But I am a boredom eater. And I've found that chewing gum helps keep me from mindless eating. So now I keep gum at my desk, where I'm most likely to just nibble on anything I can get my hands on. And it helps! That, and lots of water.
