I am so NOT a gum-chewer. But I am a boredom eater. And I've found that chewing gum helps keep me from mindless eating. So now I keep gum at my desk, where I'm most likely to just nibble on anything I can get my hands on. And it helps! That, and lots of water.

    I'll only chew sugarless gum and can't find my favorite brand in the stores anymore. I ordered it on Amazon......

    I actually chew gum while working out, running on the treadmill or taking spin class. I feel like it helps me breath better. If i forget my gum I feel like I def have a harder time.. may be a mental thing.. but it works for me!
