Weight Loss Secret Of Success - Work Smart, Not Hard

A secret to success for me has been maintaining a daily caloric intake LESS than what SP suggests. I don't do it on purpose but have found most often that I am not hungry enough to consume the 1400-1700 calories each day. This allows me to be a little more lazy with regard to exercise.

Of course, not everyone could or should do this but it's helped me to loose the weight fairly consistently.

    I agree. I have been exercising non-stop for the last 1.5 years and I'm somewhat burned out. As I approach my goal weight, I've lessened my exercise and eating less allows me to exercise less often. I'm trying to enjoy my new body a little more now and do more social activities rather than go straight home and exercise. I still incorporate walking daily whenever I have a chance. - by SLIMMAR
