I walk every morning on a busy walk path and am always crossing paths with new people. I try ti meet these people and get to know them by name. Every time we pass one another we can encourage one another to stay positive and keep going. Its awesome and works because it keeps me motivated to walk everyday. Plus, I'm motivating someone else.243
When I am NOT motivated to walk or even move, I grab my kids and Go find a nice park with a nature trail. This ends up a slower walk, but it keeps us moving, and I get to enjoy my children and show them exercise is fun 2! So, Get off the beaten path once in a while and enjoy a walk on trails and find more peace than you have had in a while!
