I was brought up to always clean my plate. Throwing food away was completely unacceptable. I have even found myself eating the leftover food off my kids' plates to not waste. NO MORE! I now live by the motto that it's okay to throw things away if I am full or if I don't like something.

I hear people say they eat more than they want because they don't want to "waste" food or just throw it out. It's not good enough for the trash can but it's okay for your body? Treat yourself better than the trash can, and don't eat something just because you don't want to throw it away!
