Hope all had a lovely Thanksgiving with family and friends. I spent the day baking, I baked a turkey breast, Sparks sweet potato casserole recipe, dressing, corn,cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, pecan pie from Spark recipe, oatmeal butterscotch, oatmeal raisin, and chocolate chip cookies. I am beat, but I had fun, I didn't eat but a very little and made sure I stayed in range of my calories. We can have fun cooking and also maintain our healthy eating. Love Spark people and learn.
Today I got back to my usual eating so I don't go over my calorie count and vitamins. I will have been on Spark for a year on the 23rd and yesterday was the fist day I went over my calories. I will not go over again and I make sure I eat all the right foods and small servings. Stay healthy and strong is my motto for 2011 in eating and exercise. I love Spark people and all it has to offer.
