I have a hard time eating breakfast with all that goes on in the morning - Taking my morning meds, getting 4 kids out the door for school, hubby out the door - Solution for me is to drink I high protein meal replacement while getting the morning rush done - 244
Side note - I also have a strong dislike for most foods breakfast in nature, so a meal replacement works perfect for me! And I am not tempted by the more yummy breakfast foods that I actually DO like!!
I joined a tennis mixed doubles team and it keeps me motivated to get to a higher level of fitness and lose weight to become the best team mate that I can be. It also combines something I see as playing not working into my routine.
I am still on a two time state champion mixed doubles tennis team and I have the goal this year of going up in the rankings by the end of 2013
