    The plan I follow calls for two snacks a day, and I really think it helps me to get past the tough spots in my day when I just want a little something.

    I am on the 2nd week of the Spark Diet, I added the 2nd snack last week. I don't always have it but it is there if it want it. It is usually a 100 calorie bag of popcorn. emoticon

    Yes.. that planning does help out, doesn't it! I like the option of adding this to the tracker.
