Walking In Spite Of Pain



I make an endeavor to walk 2 miles every day that I am not going to the gym. Sometimes due to major feet and knee problems I may only get to do 1 mile. My walk involves steep uphill roads as I live in the mountain area of BC.

    My thoughts are if you do a 1 miler as opposed to not doing a 2 miler you are ahead. Keep on trucking. - by LAMBBMATO
