If you don't like it...Don't Eat It!!!! Why waste precious calories on stuff that you really don't like. Think like a child and eat only what you like. It won't kill you to leave something on your plate because it's nasty.

    My mom used to say this. She would never eat something she didn't like just because someone told her it was good for her.
I think I've boughten and thown out tofu at least 10 times already. Never again!!!

    I will not try out new foods that are high in fat, calories, and/or sugar and now I have added salt. Why give myself another thing I have to resist if it turns out that I like it?
