If you are an ice-cream-a-holic like I am, 76468, but you can't control yourself with a carton of ice cream - try this product! It's yummy because it's normal ice cream - not "dietetic" and it's PORTION CONTROLLED! Perfect for me since I cannot manage to dish myself a "normal" portion of ice cream. With these delicious treats, I eat just one and voila - my ice cream fix is satisfied!! 244
Don't keep ice cream in your refridgerator. If you have an urge for ice cream drive to the nearest McDonald's with a drive-through. If there is a car or more in line drive by.
By keeping ice cream out of your fridge you don't have that temptation handy. By thinking about driving to McDs just for an ice cream you have time to let the craving pass. If you do drive to McDs there will inevitably be a car in the line so you can't get the ice cream.
Sometimes, on hot days I'll be driving home from work (usually spring time in Phoenix) and I'll think that an ice cream sounds like it might hit the spot. I see the line at McDs and continue to drive home.
I don't keep ice cream in my fridge. This has saved me countless calories!
