make salad dressing with mortar and pestle. pound one half clove garlic with course salt. add one tablespoon olive oil. Then mix well with pestle. Add a pinch of sugar and a tiny bit of mustard. Then add 3 large tablespoons of plain yogurt, and two tablesp. vinegar. adjust seasoning

I just discovered that I can "dress" a salad with a couple of ounces of feta cheese and lots of tomatoes. I can have a big salad (that's really tasty) for only a couple of hundred calories. The feta and the juices from the tomatoes make a really amazing taste together!
