In the morning before I take my shower, I do calf raises on the shower stall door. I also do wall push-ups or close arm wall push-ups after I put conditioner in my hair while I wait the 2 minutes. At the end of my shower I have a squeegee that I use to clean the doors. 3 exercises in one shower!

When you go to the bathroom is a good time to. Thow in a few squats, your going that direction anyway >.>
