MORE INFORMATION:
If you aren't getting the result you want then... ask yourself if you are really doing 'Result Producing Activites'?
Galatians 6:9 says, "And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not."
In the Greek, the word for ‘weary’ means ‘to lose heart,’ and the word for ‘well’ in ‘well doing’ also means ‘right. The word for ‘faint’ means ‘to relax’ or ‘to draw back in effort.’ So, in that plateau week, don’t lose heart when you have done everything right. You will succeed if you do not back down in your efforts.
The secret to doing things right is to track everything you do and everything you eat. Only than will you know if you are headed in the right direction or if you need to make some adjustments.
