I had an epiphany after reading Nancy's blog. Food is not a friend or an enemy. it is what keeps me alive and nourished. It is my responsibility to make choices that will help my body work efficiently. I am taking the emotion out of food.

We all know how important it is to keep moving--and how easy it is to cut back on sleep when there are many demands on our time. But I've learned that when I don't get at least 7.5 hours of sleep, life starts to unravel. I'm more easily tempted to skip exercise and eat mindlessly, and it's harder to focus on the very things I thought I was making time for by cutting back on sleep. Yes! Reading the bible every time you are hungry really satisfies the soul and it is food that will not make you put on the pounds! I have completely lost my hunger cravings since I have put reading the word first! Not a joke, try it! Takes time but after awhile you can go with out meals and not notice!
