Eating slowly gives my stomach time to signal my brain that I am full. I don't eat nearly as much.

Eating slowly - yes! Sometimes I put my silverware down and take a sip of water between every bite. I love mealtime bc it's when my husband and I talk after the day, so stretching it out not only helps me notice when I'm full, but extends family time.
