I drink a lot of coffee in the morning, so the rest of the day I try to drink lots of water to counterbalance the diuretic qualities of the coffee. To do this, I carry around a big plastic cup with a plastic reusable straw that's meant for iced coffee--but it's filled with water! I'm not wasting any cups and the big straw ensures that I drink quickly. I also bring this with me to the gym so I can sip easily during my runs!
