when i decided the time had come for some much needed lifestyle change, i knew it would be a difficult process. i call it the turtle approach. it has only 2 components: (1) eat more of the healthy stuff, less of the not so healthy AND (2) move more every day. it's not complex - it works for me.
i am happy with my slow progress. i avoided the "burnout/give up in a week or 2" syndrome that making a sudden, drastic overhaul of food and activity had lead to in the past. take every little "babystep" opportunity that you have - you will see results. 2 years ago i started, will go on for life.
