When I read blogs and profiles, it really bothers me when people says such horrible things about themselves. STOP IT! Never say anything to yourself that you wouldn't say to a friend. Even if I still weighed 268 or if I gained another 200 pounds, I would still be a good person.

More Information:

Being thin will not make me a better person. I will be healthier and more active but not more worthy of self respect and love.
