I made a promise to myself to de-clutter. I first began with my computer cabinet and discovered that I went hours without thinking of food! Everyday I look for something that I can get myself lost in while organizing, because when my hands are busy my head isn't thinking of food!
Pick one thing everyday to work on. Keep a big glass of ice water near by to drink often. Change shelf paper in all your cabinets. Organize your dressers and closets. Catalog your photos. When you clear the clutter and get organized everything around you feels so good.
