How To Track Nutrition For Shift Workers!

I work 12 hour night shifts on varying nights throughout the week. I added my own "meal times" on my nutrition page and track Midnight to Midnight every day of the week, even when I am off. This has finally been my key to losing weight! Please recommend this to anyone who works odd hours!

    I am as well a 12 hour night shifter 6pm-6am. It has been difficult to figure out my food schedule. I just consider the same day from the time I get out of bed at 3pm until I go to bed at 8am. The problem is that I am very back and forth on my hours. emoticon

    i to am a night shifter 7p-7a or 11p-7a. I think i have my eating schedule on track but its the exercise part. How do i fit that in with working night shift? Any suggestions?
