Reward yourself for even minor accomplishments. Every hour you work out, every one pound of weight loss, everyday you stay on track, just make sure most rewards are not centered on food.
Some of my rewards are going for a walk at my favorite park that is not really close by or watching a few episodes of my favorite tv show. I find that I get more done when TV becomes more of a reward than a regular past time.

I have four things I want to do everyday. 1) Eat 1500-1600 calories. 2) Stick to my work out routine 3) Work a solid 7-8 hours a day (I work from home - and can sometimes slack off). 4) Floss my teeth. Everytime I meet one of those goals I get a sticker. It's childish but motivates me anyway.
