I love the burst of energy that I get after working out! I have "Walk Away the Pounds" (Leslie Sansone), PodRunner Intervals, and 5K101.com. I have no excuse to NOT get my workouut in. Rain, sleet, snow, extreme heat.... bring it on! I have my tools for a sustainable indoor and outdoor workout plan.
I set a goal to knock out my workout before noon today, but I couldn't stop watching America's Next Top Model.going I wanted to just keep going. SOLUTION: I completed a 30mins PodRunner Interval and 15mins of a 5K101.com track and knocked 2.46mi before noon...INDOORS! That's awesome!
