Secrets of Success

Made A Commitment To A Running Team

  • I'm joining my FIRST running club this year.
Some clubs require you have a base of fitness or speed; others take complete beginners and use intervals like the C25K program to help them complete their first race.
Team in Training requires fund raising for a great cause.
So there are lots of options, but you will make friends, learn helpful tips, get support, and enter (& complete) an event together. emoticon - by DRB13_1
