Did you know that besides calories, carbs, fats and protein your Nutrition tracker can track almost ANY vitamin and mineral you consume? And when you are done tracking for the day your Nutrition Feedback Report will contain the info about these vitamins and whether you had enough of them or not!!

Go to 'My nutrition', click 'Change nutrition goals' and add the vitamins you want to track (I added almost all), the site will automatically give you the recommended daily amount you need!

    i'm glad to finally find out i can track vitamins because i've been taking one daily for the past ten years and just now found out that they can aldo be tracked !! I'm glad i chose this secret of success to read this evening !! emoticon emoticon

    Oh yes you can track all of those. I am tracking now without the addition of the supplements i jknow how much they have in them. i want to know what i am eating is giving me nutrients. I track Vit D as i am diabetic, I know I take 1,000 supplement but i like to know what i am getting from food. It tells me when i am eating RIGHT. Pat in Maine

    Not sure it tracks calcium? least I can not find where it does this --sure would like it to though..thanks
