    You need to follow the 80/20 rule. You'll never loose it on one bowl of icecream.

    Great "secret" . I found that you can still eat foods that you enjoy (in moderation) but also find new healthy foods that you will love more than your old unhealthy choices.

    oh wow I did just that this past Friday night! I was craving a 100 Grand candy bar (one of my favs) and I only ate half of it and tucked the other half away. I entered it in my food tracker and was proud of myself for only having half of it and satisfying my craving!
