I EXERCISE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AFTER I EAT BREAKFAST!THAT WAYTHEY ARE DONE! I HAVE NOT MISSED A DAY IN 2 AND A HALF YEARS ONCE YOU DO THIS YOU WELL FEEL SO MUCH BETTER ABOUT YOURSELF! AND MORNING EXERCISE SET THE MOOD FOR THE DAY YOU WILL FEEL SO MUCH BETTER IT IS UNBELEIVABLE!

I know I have to leave about fifteen minutes earlier than if I drive, but I get in a quick mile and my daughter gets a quick half mile to get her brain going too! It saves gas (always a good) and we spend 15 minutes talking! Win, Win Win!
I am not a big fan of morning exercise, but this is so much fun, I keep doing it!
I find that if I develop a habit or routine I am better at keeping at exercise. I start each morning with Wii fit and I find that then even if the day gets away from me I have at least had my morning exercise.
