Wow, I am now inspired and motivated. I work out about 4 mornings a week. I always feel better and it's good to get it done for the day. Blessings and keep up the good work.

MORNING WALK & EXERCISE IS INDEED A GREAT THING. I ALSO DO REGULARLY IT IS VERY GOOD FOR BODY, MIND & SOUL, AND I ADVICE ALL PERSON WHO WANTS TO BE FIT SHOULD DO MORNING EXERCISE DAILY.

I set my alarm for 15 minute early so I can complete my morning exercises.

It starts my day with me thinking about moving my body more and being more active.
I know I have to leave about fifteen minutes earlier than if I drive, but I get in a quick mile and my daughter gets a quick half mile to get her brain going too! It saves gas (always a good) and we spend 15 minutes talking! Win, Win Win!

I am not a big fan of morning exercise, but this is so much fun, I keep doing it!
I find that if I develop a habit or routine I am better at keeping at exercise. I start each morning with Wii fit and I find that then even if the day gets away from me I have at least had my morning exercise.
