The First Thing I Do After Work... Is Hit The Gym!
Members Were Sparked
When I get home from work the first thing I do is drop my bags and change into my workout clothes and sneakers... I then either go right to the gym and get my cardio or weight training in or I put on my Jillian Michaels DVD. That way I have no change to get sidetracked and procrastinate exercising!
This also allows me to get my workout in before my fiancé comes home... I know that if he comes home and I have yet to work out I probably will not because he will keep my sidetracked and make me less motivated as he relaxed on the couch!!!!

Seriously this works every time. If I just don't feel like hitting the GYM I tell myself, "I'm just going to walk or do 10 minutes". Toss on your work out clothes and shoes & go out the door. I hit the gym and I am always excited that I pull through and do an amazing workout/run. I am NEVER beating myself up for going only if I don't at all!
Helps to change right out of work clothes and into gym clothes... (¸.•♥´ (¸ ;.•♥ Kelly ♥•¸ . Goals & Planning are everything! Don’t be a gingerbread woman, be a ROCKSTAR! www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4670776
I am the first person to admit that making it to the gym the first time is nearly impossible when you have no energy...utilize your one day of energy / inspiration and make it happen! When you get there the boost is impossible to replace...nothing is quite like the high of a good cardio work-out...wait until you hit the stride and run with it...I promise you won't regret it!
