When I get home from work the first thing I do is drop my bags and change into my workout clothes and sneakers... I then either go right to the gym and get my cardio or weight training in or I put on my Jillian Michaels DVD. That way I have no change to get sidetracked and procrastinate exercising!
This also allows me to get my workout in before my fiancÚ comes home... I know that if he comes home and I have yet to work out I probably will not because he will keep my sidetracked and make me less motivated as he relaxed on the couch!!!!
