I like to put an 1/8 of a cup of walnuts and 1/2 a cup of blueberries in my breakfast cereal. Whether I'm having a cold or hot cereal. The walnuts are a great MUFA (Monounsaturated Fat and blueberries are full of antioxidants. emoticon
