After I grocery shop, I force myself to clean all my fruits and veggies. I use small storage containers that are flat and stack easily. When I am looking to snack, I am more likely to grab something healthy because it is ready.

I try and plan what I am going to eat the next day so I won't be tempted to eat something unhealthy. I also prepare vegetables every week. I buy a ton of vegetables and cut them up and put them in containers in the fridge so they are available to use right away.
I know that white rice isn't good for me so I've experimented and really like brown jasmine rice. Anyway, I like to make a batch of rice on Sunday so that I can use it for quick stir fry suppers during the week. Sometimes I add barley or quinoa to the mix. 338
