Have a craving, chew a piece of gum. I personally prefer strong mint flavored gum, Trident White to be exact, which gives the added bonus of whitening my teeth. It's also a great way to deal with those times when you want to stress eat.

I HATE commercials so while I am watching my favorite tv show I get up and jog in place while the commercials are on (with the TV muted). This way I get to fit in some extra exercise and not feel like my time was wasted.
When using an exercise bike or a treadmill, stepper, etc while watching the tv... (or listening to the radio) an easy / fun way to get a bit of interval training in to kick up your workout, is to kick up the difficulty or tension a couple notches for commercials. Then when the commercials are over, kick it back down and you can "relax" and enjoy the show and then when those stupid commercials come on again, you can kick it back up. This kicked me right off the plateau I was stuck on!
