I used to dive into purchases as soon as I got home from the store & hit buffets like a wild woman. Then it occurred to me- this wasn't the last time I would ever eat this stuff & the food would still be there tomorrow. Repeating this "motto" to myself really helped me learn to eat in moderation.

I LOVE my husband and I LOVE my son!!! I say it every day to them and thank God for giving me them! So, one of the ways I stay positive is to TELL THEM "I LOVE YOU" every day! It always lets them know they are loved whether the day is happy or one of us woke up on the gray side of gloomy! It's amazing how those three words can make the difference to someone in your life! It perks me up emotionally and when I hear it in return, it makes my day! So,give your loved one a lift today!
EVERYBODY loves to hear it and you just never know with the unpredictability of life when that may be the last time.
I recently went to Sam's Club and bought frozen vegetables; chicken; cereals and breads in bulk of course. I vacuum sealed my breads in 2 or 3 bagels; 2 or 3 sandwich thins; frozen broccoli in 1 cup or 2 cup portions; precooked baby shrimp in 1 cup packages; and chicken pieces 4 per pack.
Saves money , saves time and will last longer if vacuum sealed. 128
