I've started working out in the morning before work. I know everyone can't do that, but it really works for me. Then if I don't get any more exercise the rest of the day there is no guilt.

I started doing that this week as well. Getting up can be a bear, and I really have to talk myself into going. But I feel a lot better and I know my exercise is done for the day! Plus, I've read that it boosts your metabolism for the day to burn more calories!

Make Your Pile!
One of my lamest excuses for skipping my early am workout was that I didn't want to wake my husband up by rummaging around for workout clothes. So now I "make a pile" at bedtime, with everything I need right down to a ponytail holder and pedometer. So now my workout partner will send me a text that reads "MYP, 5", short for "make your pile, we're going at 5:00am tomorrow morning".
I have been using Spark for a couple of years. I am workout hard everyday until recently. Having Hypertension all my life since age 16 and am now 48. I recently had a Stroke that has messed with my short term memory . My workouts and eating healthy this Stroke could have been far worse the doctor said, I was a lucky woman.
