When I am making tuna noodle casserole....or Spinach stuffed turkey meatloaf....mac & cheese....I make two....and freeze one so that I always have a delicious meal...even when I have no time to cook. I freeze it in the small casserole dish that I am putting in the oven.

I make my own laundry soap. It's not thick but it's helpful. This makes two gallons. Two gallons of hot water, 1 bar ivory soap, and a small box of baking soda. Grate and melt soap with a little bit of water. Mix the baking soda last thing.

I use a McDonald's Pickle pail. Of course, wash it out good.
Everything comes in one package! The lettuce is in the bowl and the turkey, beef, cheese, croutons, and dressing are in the compartmentalized lid. Put the lid ingredients in the bowl, put the lid back on, and SHAKE!
Makes two servings @ 140 calories. I eat the whole thing (2 servings) as a meal.
The first time I lost a significant amount of weight...I would "sneak" in exercise here and there. Taking the stairs, parking in the farthest spot from the mall/groccery store, or purposely making two trips up and down the stairs when I probably could have done it all at once. Sounds a little silly..but it adds up! On top of regular exercise and eating right, I believe this really helped me reach my goal!
