When you are having a tough or busy week, or just plain tired... Break up your exercise throughout the day. A lot of times I will do 1 or 2 mile walks throughout the day. I am up to 11 minute miles so I can get quite the workout in now....

    Thanks for sharing this! I try so hard to get those walks in during my lunch really stinks when the sun is not shining :(
