When I mindlessly eat that's when I pack on the pounds, calories, carbs, and sodium.

I work at a coffee shop and sometimes something looks good or I make a drink and just eat/drink it without thinking about what i just put into my body...
I try to think about EVERYTHING that goes into my body.
