Drink water, lots of it. Before you start to eat your meal drink some water. Then while you are eating drink more water. It is hard to get off of flavored drinks but once you get use to having water with your meal you will notice how much less calories you are taking it by just drinking water!
Water is also a great snack. Remember that.

I have been on a plateau for a few months. I have now been introduced to a nutritionist who has me eating 5 calorie proportioned meals per day. Two are protein shakes and three are meals. This is MORE food that I was eating. I feel fuller and fuller longer and it seems to have broken the plateau
