Drink water, lots of it. Before you start to eat your meal drink some water. Then while you are eating drink more water. It is hard to get off of flavored drinks but once you get use to having water with your meal you will notice how much less calories you are taking it by just drinking water!

    A good thing to do is to down at least a cup first thing in the morning when you get out of bed.
