I absolutely love peanut butter, only problem is the cal,fat grams,sodium, etc doesn't love me back.....so i discovered pb2 as well as chocolate pb2 at www.bellplantation.com it is powdered peanut butter.
2 tbsp consist of 45 cal, 1.5 g of fat, 94mg-sodium,5g-carb,2g-fiber
1g-sugar, 5g-protein!!!! & choc pb2 is pretty close to the same. u mix 2 tbsp of powder with 1 tbsp of water or your favorite drink or jelly!! many recipes at the website as well
