I have heard about it also. I looked it up and found its only 45 calories, 13 calories from fat, 1.5 grams of fat, and 5g of carbs and 0 cholesterol. Because I have high cholesterol and high blood pressure, and seeking something that tastes good or close to tasting good :). I am going to purchase it and see what happens.

Hmm, interesting! I'll definitely give it a try! I'm sure it may not be for everyone, but it's worth a try at least! Thanks for sharing - I'd never heard of this before! :)

Go for it if you like it. I tried it, and didn't really care for it.

Different strokes for different folks.
