Eat Breakfast



I found that eating breakfast has aided in my weight loss. I used to NEVER eat breakfast because I was in a hurry however since taking the time to do so, I've shed weight at a more consistent loss.

  • I never had time to eat breakfast, now i make time to eat something. I eat weight control oatmeal with a tbsp of flaxseed oil. I feel & operate a lot better when i get to work now. emoticon - by RIACHEW
