This is my first way of being motivated--WALKING--it does a body good as they say. Definitely in my case it really really works.
And now for the second way--I make my own smoothie/shake. It's so easy. Plenty of ice--l cup of nonfat milk--sugarfree syrupmif I have any and blend all of that in a blender. It's really very very good. Try it you might like it!!!!!
